This oak and granite basement wet bar and matching mantle are an example of Pony’s custom carpentry and stonework. “If you want it to look nice,” Pony says, “you have to spend a little time on it.”
A small washroom doesn’t have to feel cramped. Pony worked with the homeowner to “right size” the fixtures.
This bathroom installation shows Pony’s competence in installing IKEA sinks and fixtures.

This open foyer shows more of Pony’s carpentry. Pony stained all of the custom woodwork prior to installation and created a welcoming and safe space.
Pony had his work cut out for him in under-the-stairs washroom. Previous tenants had practically destroyed the house. Pony reframed the room, installed new drywall and laminate floor, added a right-sized sink and a handy stone ledge. The installed a power flush toilet. The room had electrical boxes that required access, so Pony suggested added pictures to disguise them without losing access.
